Chapter 11.11 in the Law Of War is ennoscriptd CRIMINAL LAW in OCCUPIED TERRITORY. To confirm this solution path, Trump's words: They have no idea what they just did = 339 = CRIMINAL LAW OCCUPIED TERRITORY.

But why did The Cabal arrest of Bannon trigger 11.11? The capital letter value of Trump's post = 369 = BANNON IS A MEMBER OF SHADOW GOVERNMENT = THE DONALD J TRUMP SHADOW PRESIDENCY.

The Occupying Power (Cabal + CCP) are 'the coup plotters' & cannot charge Bannon with 'coup plotting' since by definition they are the ones engaged in a coup as an Occupying Power. Thus, they are breaching Chapter 11.11, i.e. 'they crossed the red line'.

This breach appears to open the door for overt military action, which seems to have been Bannon's objective.
