Gas EXPLOSION in apartment block KILLS at least 2 in Russia – several injured
A gas explosion tore through a 9-storey block of flats in Noginsk, near Moscow on Wednesday. The blast has killed at least 2 people and 5 people are injured, local media reporting children are among the wounded. (Interfax)
Horrific footage from the scene of the blast shows big holes in the outer walls of the apartment block with debris strewn far and wide.
Rescue workers found walls had collapsed on 3 of the building’s floors, according to the local emergency ministry – 173 residents have been evacuated.
