that you are small.

That something is “wrong” with you.

They sold you a lie.
Fed you a nightmare:
That love is conditional.
That you must earn it.
That your worth lies outside yourself.

That you must be better.
Faster. Smarter. Louder. Quieter.
Bigger. Prettier.
Climb higher. Perform better.
Be someone else.

It was all a lie.

You were lovable
exactly as you were.
Whole.
Worthy of love, attention, empathy, safety, dignity, respect.

Your feelings mattered.
Even the uncomfortable ones.
Your body was beautiful, even with its imperfections.
Your voice was sacred.
Your successes mattered.
Your failures too.
Your breathing mattered.

They taught you that you are small.
They were always wrong.

Forgive them, Father;

KEY SEVEN:
Do not believe what others say blindly, no matter how romantic or poetic it may sound. Actions matter far more than words.

KEY EIGHT:
Let go of pride and the illusion that everything will go exactly as you wish, desire, or need. Learn to flow with life, embracing humility and flexibility.

KEY NINE:
Everything is fleeting. Up close, life feels tragic; from a distance, it becomes comical. In time, you will laugh at the dramas you created—because everything unfolds as it should.

KEY TEN:
You are responsible for everything that happens in your life. Your dominant thoughts and feelings shape your reality, whether you like it or not. If you want to change your reality, change your feelings and emotions—they will attract new, high-vibrational thoughts.

KEY ELEVEN:
Live with simplicity and realism. Only then will your true self emerge, making you authentic and transparent.

KEY TWELVE:
Happiness is an inner task. Laugh more and don’t take everything so seriously. After all, the essence of life is discovering and enjoying this wonderful adventure called evolution.
