Last night, as usual, I told the children it was time for bed. Brush your teeth, put on your pajamas, pick a book – the usual routine. But then I heard giggles. That special kind of giggle that makes you forget everything and just smile.

I looked out the window – and there they were. Barefoot in the garden, chasing fireflies. My first instinct was to call them in. It was late, we were completely off schedule, and their pajamas would get dirty. But I said nothing. I sat on the porch and just watched.

They ran through the grass, laughing, trying to catch those little glowing dots as if they were the most magical things in the world – and honestly? They were magical.
At some point, my son came to me, cupping his hands like a little treasure chest, and whispered, “I caught one. But I’ll let it go. I think it would rather fly.”

In that moment, I felt something shift inside me: I had been so busy with plans and punctuality and the desire to do everything right. But as I watched them outside, I realized: not everything has to be structured and perfect. Not every evening has to go exactly according to plan.

So we stayed outside. Long past the usual bedtime. Barefoot, bitten by insects, but full of joy. And you know what? They still fell asleep. And this morning, they woke up so happy.

But I went to bed differently. Because the fireflies reminded me how short childhood is. And that it’s okay to set the plan aside and just live in the moment. Let them stay up. Let them be free. The laundry can wait. These are the nights we will remember for a lifetime.

EXCUSES

The quality of our time today calls for very concrete actions and choices.

Many people feel that a new orientation is arriving in their lives.
...Because the change taking place on Earth leads to an entirely new direction and an inner upliftment for every human being.

Deep inside, we sense that something is shifting.
We no longer want to, nor can we, play the old games.

So many things simply no longer feel right, while at the same time a new DIRECTION is opening – wide gates into the future that invite us to leave behind the old, worn-out paths of life.

To make this change, we need clarity, inner truth, and a great deal of courage and strength.
We also need focus and a clear sense of orientation – to know where the path is leading, what the goal is.

At the very beginning, however, there is always just one thing:
A conscious decision.

A conscious decision to change – to take a new path.

After the decision comes the first step.
You don’t have to walk the whole road at once.
But that first step, that first concrete change, is decisive.

Many people never take it.
Because first, they find thousands of excuses:
“I can’t, because...”

And then they tell themselves – and others – why something is impossible.

EXCUSES... lots of words, but no action 🙂
All the while, this endless talk keeps holding onto and feeding the old.

And often, these excuses are the very reason why nothing ever changes in a person’s life.

Yet the things you long for and dream of could come true through concrete ACTION.

Action and consistent steps are becoming more and more important now.

And no... it doesn’t mean a great, sweeping change that happens overnight.
You won’t suddenly become healthy, happy, wealthy, slim, or successful in a single day, and the difficulties of your life won’t disappear within a week.

It is all a process. A journey.

But you do need a vision of the goal.
And you must feel deep within that now is the moment to begin the change –
with a clear decision,
with the first step,
and with the end of your own excuses!
