For A32 4G (tested on U4 firmware, need to test on U5 and U6)

Things added:
- Added S20 FE wallpapers
- Added some One UI 6 apps
- Added floating_feature from flagship
- Added UI 5.1.1 clocks
- Added improvements in general to make system smooth, usable, and don't use a lot of ram, for me, 2gb ram free and I have 4gb ram

Notes:
- Based on A54 firmware
- Samsung Cloud maybe not work, I tried fixing it but not works for me, maybe installing from 0 works
- I will release a pack if I see that the ROM is successful, it will include One UI 6 beta 3 apps, new fonts, the new emoji from UI 6 beta 3, and some new FOD animations.
