The U.S. Department of the Treasury announced new sanctions on Rosneft and Lukoil, citing Russia’s continued refusal to agree to a ceasefire in Ukraine. The designations, made under Executive Order 14024, apply to both companies and a number of their subsidiaries.

“Now is the time to stop the killing and for an immediate ceasefire… Treasury is sanctioning Russia’s two largest oil companies that fund the Kremlin’s war machine. Treasury is prepared to take further action if necessary to support President Trump’s effort to end yet another war. We encourage our allies to join us in and adhere to these sanctions.” said Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent.

🇺🇦- Coming from Pokrovsk, this overhead drone footage shows an American-donated MRAP MaxxPro being used to evacuate a wounded civilian. It appears that he possibly stepped on a mine or some sort of UXO, as the wounded man can be seen hobbling at top of frame while someone flags down the MRAP.

However, as the large truck uses the corner to turn around, it endures detonations from what appear to be an FPV drone and a mine, which sets off sympathetic explosions.

🇲🇲- Footage and information released by the DNLA, a militant group fighting against the military Junta government in Myanmar (Burma), reportedly shows a linear ambush against a claimed 100 junta soldiers of the 302nd Battalion.

NOTE:
The claim of 100 soldiers is most likely a severe embellishment as only eight to 10 target troops can be seen before initiating the ambush. Additionally, the amount of return fire that can be heard doesn't suggest anywhere near 100 enemy troops

A communication failure during a NATO-readiness training in Bavaria led to a real shooting between German police and Bundeswehr soldiers. The incident occurred during the large-scale exercise Marshal Power near Erding, when police—unaware of the drill—responded to reports of an armed man.

A military police officer was lightly injured by a police shot and later released from hospital. Both the Bundeswehr and Bavarian police have launched investigations.
