Yesterday the Singapore parliament has passed a law amending its criminal legislation so that scammers, members of scam syndicates, and people who recruit for or facilitate scams will face mandatory caning (6–24 strokes) in addition to other punishments; the changes also introduce tougher penalties for other offences such as large-scale circulation of sexual images, doxxing public servants and abuse of vulnerable victims.

The officers in the video weren't Singaporean, they're Malaysians, I couldn't find videos of SG cops doing it.

Mind you some people would literally pay for ts 😈
