"Mustapha Kharbouch '27 is a first-year student considering concentrating in International & Public Affairs with a focus on the Middle East. He is a third-generation Palestinian refugee born and raised in Lebanon. Attaining a scholarship to attend UWC Maastricht, he has led in and continues to help with community building initiatives and social change roles. He is fond of bringing his activism and identities into academic spaces and engaging in activist scholarship. He is highly moved by questions of indigeneity, justice and inclusion and is particularly interested in the intersection of queer studies with Palestinian studies. Mustapha is also currently the Cultural Programming Coordinator for the Global Brown Center and on the e-board of the Arab Society."

1) Mustapha Kharbouch is not the shooter, and Brown University is removing his digital footprint to protect him from being falsely identified by major news outlets; similar to what happened with the previous person of interest, who was later released.

2) Mustapha Kharbouch IS the shooter, and there has been a concerted effort to remove his political beliefs from the internet to prevent the attack from being framed as politically motivated.

We must repeat to our followers: WE ARE NOT POSITIVELY IDENTIFYING THE SHOOTER. We are reporting on, analyzing, and posting existing evidence that is closely linked with the investigation.

We ask that you do not attempt to stalk, dox, or harass the family or associates of Mustapha Kharbouch.
