🇷🇺 📉 According to Izvestia, in several regions of Russia the gasoline shortage has already forced some independent petrol stations to shut down.

“Initially, the shortage was a local problem, but now we can say its geography is expanding: more and more regions of Russia are experiencing a deficit,”

-noted Dmitry Tortev, a member of the expert council of the State Duma Committee on the Protection of Competition.

Ukraine doesn’t need to completely destroy every refinery. If it disrupts the ability of ordinary Russians to work, that alone will intensify internal tensions. Russia’s economy relies almost entirely on its energy resources—that’s where most employment is. Without them, society is bound to collapse.
