Regarding the situation in Syria, the Syrian army offensive combined with the Arab tribe uprising in Deir Ezzor mean that the SDF might face a choice if thing truly became critical. I am so far unsure if the Syrian force will take the risk to fully reconquer…
So I looks like the final battle will take place in the north east after all.
I do believe the regrouping of SDF forces in the smaller Hasakah area will make it harder for Arab tribe and the SAA to conquer it + the possibility of Kurdish reinforcements form the Iraqi Kurdistan can in theory happen even if nothing indicate it so far.
