Its crazy hard to stay patient and kind with myself but its so so worth it.

For the first time in a while my desk is clear, i removed furniture cluttering my room, been cooking food semi-regularly w extra for work meals, and less likely to leave for work late... All within the last 2 weeks.


2 weeks feels like too long, but ig it was the just right amount of time for my body so 🤷‍♂
