Obstacle Issuer - Executive Function & Low on Spoons/Batteries
Obstacle - Feed self, Method
Restricted options when it comes to fast or minimal meals/ingredients. Stove or toaster oven only.
Tried just picking something (cereal with or without milk, pbnj?) or cleaning dishes. Neither shifted the mental barrier for me.
Shifted gears into Relax/Stimmy mode, played stimmy music and changed into comfier clothes, as well as munched on seaweed snacks & hydrated.
Next time I remembered being hungry I considered instead of no-prep things, maybe ingredients i could throw together with minimal prep. Decided on leftover chicken that i boiled in water & veggie broth[boxed], added frozen veggies from a steamed veg bag & noodles, instead of figuring out seasonings i just grabbed miso paste and a lil adobo.
So I went from too many steps (and UPSET with myself over the struggle), to a chicken noodle soup for 2 (me and me again)
