Keep people alive -
Support those you can & continue building communities.


Healthy minds & more bartering goods/services.


Shop local, give/take hand-me-downs.


Educate yourself so you can be a safe person to people of a variety of backgrounds. [Decolonize yourself, Learn about Medical Apartheid, Start your AntiRacist journey, Disability history]




Keep the world viable for human life -
Green is key.


Shift towards vegetarian leaning diets (healthy & less expensive for your wallet & the planet)


Use/Make/Purchase Reusable items when possible. Something as simple as having a set of silverware in your car/bag reduces plastics in landfills.


Grow/Regrow foods or Support someone that grows food. Even if it's just helping with their composting by bringing your kitchen scraps.


Carpool, Bike/Walk, or Use Public Transit when able.


Invest in your community. Small businesses aren't mass producing fastproducts & building massive factories to do so.


Keep an eye on local bills. You aren't required to be there in person to add pressure to politicians. Emails & Phone Calls enmasse are helpful too, as well as spreading the word to other citizens.





This is by no means an exhaustive list & by no means can you do everything. Your role isn't to become a white knight, just do something within your power & encourage others to do the same.
