Daughter of British publishing tycoon Robert Maxwell started out as a British socialite, and the lover of Jeffrey Epstein. Using logic, most can put together that she was Epstein’s handler.
- What charges is she facing?
Maxwell was charged with enticement of minors, sex trafficking of children, and perjury. She was denied bail due to the fact she is a flight risk.
- When is her trial?
Jury selection began last Tuesday, the opening arguments for her trial begin on November 29th. Federal courts do not allow televised trials. However there will be a call line that you can call into to listen to the trial.
Opinion: This case is huge, there is plenty of media surrounding it so there will be constant updates throughout the trial. We’re already getting hundreds of articles daily on Ghislaine.

When you hear that EEOC guidance says “your employer can require you to get a vaccine,” this is false/ mistaken: EUAs have to have the Option to Refuse and the right to Informed Consent for EUAs. The EEOC's guidance updated on May 28, 2021, only states that "federal EEO laws do not prevent an employer from requiring all employees physically entering the workplace to be vaccinated…"[1] It does not address 21 USCS § 360bbb-3, which relates to EUAs and the option to refuse.
