OBT #2 Starts on 2024–03–13

✅ The testnet has two primary objectives:
1. To enable as many users as possible to experience home staking with “OverNode”
2. To introduce “Palm Staking” through OverWallet.
This testnet is also a part of OCAP(Over Community Access Program). Thus, certain activities will be scored, and based on the results, you may receive airdrops after the mainnet launch. Therefore, please give it your full attention. Details will be disclosed in a Medium article prior to the start of the testnet.

Upgrade OverWallet to Become a Cryptocurrency Wallet

An essential goal of OBT#2 is to facilitate “Palm Staking” through OverWallet.
- We will upgrade OverWallet to an On-Chain Wallet with the testnet’s launch.
- Therefore, all current OverWallet users must update the application before the testnet begins.
- You’ll receive a notification to update when you access the app on March 13th, the day the testnet starts.

OverSpace is a Real World Asset marketplace.
- It’s a platform where you can buy and sell various NFT vouchers, including those for K-Pop, K-Beauty, K-Stay, K-Food, and so on.
- Initially, you will be able to trade vouchers for K-beauty affiliated stores, such as aesthetics and dermatology clinics.
- We plan to expand into more fields such as accommodations, travel, and restaurants in the near future.

- You can download the OverNode app for this testnet from the OverNode website. If the previous OBT#1 OverNode is installed, it will be updated. If the update does not occur, please download it directly from the website.
- Palm-staking and Home-staking will open. If many people flock at once, it could take a long time to complete Staking.

The most important thing! Attention!
OverWallet’s Recovery Key and OverNode’s validator recovery phrase are totally different. If you lose them, we cannot help you get them back. Make sure to keep both safe.

- This is the process needed to verify a single account and the authenticity of a Friend Card for fair airdrop distribution in OverWallet.

When is the due date for this task?
- It is available until 2:59 PM UTC on May 31, 2024.

💻 OverNode Sybil detection
- It’s based on your activity on the open beta testnet season 1 & 2.
- The specific criteria will not be disclosed. However, some key metrics used in the scoring will be revealed when the airdrop is executed.
- There are no additional tasks you need to complete for the airdrop.
- We will make every effort to comply with international laws and each country’s cryptocurrency regulations when executing the airdrop.

✅ Nethers NFT
- Nethers NFTs are independent of Sybil detection and OVER will be airdropped on each NFT.
- The OVER airdrop will take place after the mainnet launches and NFTs are bridged to the OverProtocol.

Due to OverWallet's policy, users in certain countries are unable to complete Sybil detection or receive airdrops.

The testnet will end soon and the mainnet will open in June.

Will the OVER tokens in the testnet disappear?
Yes, the OVER tokens used in the testnet will disappear after the mainnet launch.
In the mainnet, you will receive OVER as a reward through airdrops.
Should I unstake before the testnet ends?
There's no need to unstake from Palm-staking. It will be automatically unstaked when the mainnet launches.
However, for Home-staking, please unstake to help the OverNode team test the validator activity notifications.
When can I receive the airdrop?
You will receive the airdrop once the mainnet is live.
