Induced gravitational waves from non-attractor inflation and NANOGrav data
Abstract: In this talk I will talk about the induced gravitational waves from non-attractor inflation. To this end firstly, I will give a brief review about inflation and the non- attractor inflation. Then I will talk about the pulsar timing arrays as a detector of gravitational waves. Finally I will proceed with prediction of non-attractor inflation for the induced gravitational waves and compare the results with the data of NANOGrav.

Title:
A new paradox in classical electrodynamics
Abstract:
In this talk, after reviewing some apparently paradoxical aspects of classical electrodynamics and their resolutions, I will introduce a new paradox concerning the energy conservation in classical electrodynamics which doesn't seem to be just an apparent one. Indeed, it seems that one can find neither a resolution inside the theory nor by delivering the problem to more fundamental theories like quantum theory and QFT. Calculations for various arrangements are done via CST, and also one arrangement is designed so that analytical solutions are possible. Also, all discerned loopholes are lifted and, in fact, the paradox appears to be dramatically serious. Finally, some possible origins of the appearance of such paradoxes are discussed and we argue that no one of them merit to resolve the paradox as they seem at first glance. Therefore, our suggestion is that in a situation where one decides to elicit surplus energy out of the above-mentioned arrangements in a laboratory, some "technical limitations" can arise and these limitations are so fundamental to put new rules for defining the validity region of the theory of electrodynamics. Obviously if there appears no fundamental limitation, then it means that we have found a perpetual source (or even sink) of energy!
