“Religions are seen as paths trying to reach God. I will use an analogy, they are like different languages that express the divine. But God is for everyone, and therefore, we are all God’s children. “But my God is more important than yours!”. Is this true? There is only one God, and religions are like languages that try to express ways to approach God.”
In the 1st and 5th sentences, Pope Francis uses the word “trying” and “try” in regards to interreligious dialogue to establish a principle of good intention on the part of the parties involved in the dialogue, not as an affirmation of universalism. We know this because in other homilies and statements, like his one on April 18, 2016, he affirmed that Christ is the only door to eternal life.
Granted, I think this statement could’ve been worded much better, but I do not think that Pope Francis was affirming indifferentism or universalism.

Today’s Gospel shows us Christ’s compassion for the widowed mother whose dead son was being carried out for burial.
The Gospel prefigures another mother, the Church, who weeps unceasingly over the spiritual death of so many of her children whom she would conduct to the grace of Jesus Christ. Let us remember, therefore, that if by chance we have lost His grace by sinning, our savior has founded His Church, within which we may again arise in virtue of His Most Precious Blood

When a Protestant says the Papacy is unbiblical
🤮2
Prots: the word “Pope” is not in the Bible therefore its unbiblical
Me: the words “Trinity” and “Bible” isn’t there either are those unbiblical?
Prots: well no bu-
Me: the word “Trinity was coined by Teruilian who lived from 155-220 ad it was nothing more than a doctrinal representation if what we see in the Bible the same goes for the papacy

Ever notice how atheists give the most delusional arguments against Christianity that in the end expose them as degenerates
It’ll be like “Christians are against onlyfans but donate to their church” and they think its a good argument
