The absolute best way I’ve heard DID explained that makes it a little easier to grasp, instead of using lots of medical or psychological terms, goes something like this for MK survivors with DID…


Imagine a huge apartment building having 50 floors & 50 apartments on each floor. Each of those apartments have occupants. Some with one person, some with roommates, & some with families. Each person living in that building has their own unique personality traits & characteristics. Some are infants & toddlers, some are young children, some are tweens, teens, young adults, & so on. Some male, some female.

You get the picture, right? Tons of people living in a huge apartment building. Everyone has their own likes, needs, medical issues, allergies, etc. Make sense?

Now that you have that picture, let me add to it a bit.

Each of those 50 floors have their own committee, if you will, that maintains the upkeep of that floor.
Each floor has their own unique things going on to maintain morale & making sure needs are met for the occupants of the floor; that sort of thing. But, at the same time, there’s also a building manager that all those committees report to & work with to make sure each floor runs smoothly. Plus all the occupants of the whole building know that manager well & are expected to maintain a good relationship with the manager to ensure safety & a nice wellbeing.

Ok, are you still with me? Does all that make sense? It’s a lot, right? But we can all understand how that sort of thing works. And we can imagine that sometimes, things arise that have to be addressed & all that jazz. But they pretty much have to figure out ways to make it all work. No way around that. Figure it out. Make it work.

All of those individuals in that one huge apartment building could be considered all the different personalities or identities for one programmed system for that MK person with DID.

One system.

Most MK people have at least 100s, but usually 1000s of systems.

So in reality, we’re not talking about one huge apartment building, or one apartment building complex, or one heavily populated city. We’re talking lots of heavily populated cities. LOTS!

That’s a lot to grasp. Like, A LOT, a lot.

Not everyone with DID is a MK person.

So please don’t get it twisted.

That explanation was given by a group of MK survivors with DID. And honestly, I think it helped me better comprehend the depth & gravity of what they were trying to convey. So I wanted to pass that along so you, too, could better grasp it.

Next thing to consider in how all of these MK victims & survivors “fit” into society. That sounds a bit harsh, but please bare with me…

Each of them finally reach a place of calling themselves any variation of “all of us”, “we”, or speaking of someone else, “they.”

Look around. What has been accomplished in our society… conditioning all of us to accept people and their pronouns. Everybody gotta fit in a box. 🤬

Why?

So you can’t tell if the stranger is an actual MK survivor, or under the influence of the dehumanizing, demoralizing, desensitizing, indoctrination of evil crap.

MK survivors have lots of both male & female “parts” or identities. Lots of different age groups too.

🤨 Tell me those nasty people doing this mess didn’t do that on purpose.

Victims & survivors get lost in the shuffle, shunned, & treated extremely poorly by us, the people standing strong against the ridiculousness.
