Digging deeper, you will find many of these sites, blogs, & groups promote/encourage individuals to meditate, ask for & seek spirit guides, try to ascend into a higher consciousness/dimension, astral projection, become vegetarian or vegan, practice yoga & aim for a kundalini experience, align your chakras, open your medians, seek out your spirit animal(s), become healed by crystals, stones, or reiki, & the list goes on & on.
