Again, no matter if you are pro 🇵🇸 or 🇮🇱 or pro ☮️ with respect of 🌍🐻❄️🇵🇸🇮🇱 🫂 rights like us, where both side probably have right in part.
What the girl is saying is simply true! Before evaluating things, you need to study such things and even having experience with that.
Opinions are NOT facts! are just opinions, and maybe religious based opinions ...
Reason why we don't give a conclusion about who is the real criminal (probably both), because we have not enough background about this war, even if we are searching always new informations.
No matter what, already the fact that many people never visited such countries they are excluded from the right to say something about that (we too). What you see on medias is not what maybe happens in reality.

PS: but remember that just studying things is not synonym of facts. It's the combination study + personal experience. Means you can have a bachelor in political science, but still saying bullshit!

Brief Timeline of Israel-Arab History
The History of the Palestine-Israel Conflict (II): from 1948 to Oslo
The module is taught over 10 weeks in a two hour lecture each week https://perma.cc/MVR6-SY2V
The Israeli and Palestinian conflict narratives originated during the British mandate period (1920-1948).
The core event in the Palestinian national narrative is Al-Nakba (The Catastrophe), following the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948.
The 1967 War, called Al-Naksa (The Setback) by Palestinians, resulted in complete Israeli occupation of Historical Palestine. In total, Israel seized the West Bank including East Jerusalem, the Gaza Strip, the Sinai, and the Golan Heights, and it was in the years after Al-Naksa that the Israeli settlement growth accelerated in the West Bank.
...
Meanwhile she is saying 75 years means 2023 - 75 = 1948
So let we check what Ingrid Baukhol writes in the Master Thesis:
The previous year, Palestinians had rejected the UN Partition Plan that was to leave them with 43% of what they considered to be their land (Pappé, 2006c). The war in 1948, between the newly established Israel and the Arab states, is seen as ignited by the Israeli forces and was fought on the land of historical Palestine. It came upon an unprepared Palestinian people, and over 700.000 people were displaced because of the war. In Palestinians’ eyes, Israelis systematically and violently expelled Palestinians and later denied the majority of the displaced the right to return. The traumatic experiences from the war added to the Palestinians’ feeling of humiliation and suppression resulting from the Jewish immigration. The eradication of Arab cities and the continued expulsion after 1948 only increased the scope of the tragedy for the Palestinians (Pappé, 2006c; Rouhana, 2006; Daoudi and Barakat, 2013: 62-63). The Jewish immigrants had now become Israelis, and to Palestinians it was the Zionist project that had brought this humiliation upon them.

In addition to losing their homes and land, the Nakba deprived Palestinians of the foundation for a Palestinian national coherence and thus their national aspirations, while at the same time igniting nationalist sentiments in the population (Rotberg, 2006: 7-8; Al-Jawad, 2006; Lindholm Schulz, 1999).
For those interested, you can read "Zionism and the time before 1948" The Palestinian experience, The Jewish experience and all after 1948

The War of Independence
The Israeli narrative’s interpretation of what happened in 1948 considers the emergence of war a result of Palestinian hostility and reluctance towards any Jewish presence ...

Part 1: Well here we go again to the topic death sentence @AmnestyBullshit
If a raper, terrorist or homicide is killing people they "cannot get a death sentence", because we don't respect the human rights (that are not available for criminals!)
https://news.1rj.ru/str/RapeTelegram/877
BUT killing people during a war is perfectly fine, even as reaction of another crime
https://news.1rj.ru/str/TerrorismTelegram/48
where people are saying "crime with crime is perfectly fine!"
Article 42 of the 1907 Hague Regulations (HR) states that a " territory is considered occupied when it is actually placed under the authority of the hostile army. The occupation extends only to the territory where such authority has been established and can be exercised. "
The main rules o f the law applicable in case of occupation state that:
The occupant does not acquire sovereignty over the territory.
Occupation is only a temporary situation, and the rights of the occupant are limited to the extent of that period.
The occupying power must respect the laws in force in the occupied territory, unless they constitute a threat to its security or an obstacle to the application of the international law of occupation.
The occupying power must take measures to restore and ensure, as far as possible, public order and safety.
To the fullest extent of the means available to it, the occupying power must ensure sufficient hygiene and public health standards, as well as the provision of food and medical care to the population under occupation.
The population in occupied territory cannot be forced to enlist in the occupier's armed forces.
Collective or individual forcible transfers of population from and within the occupied territory are prohibited.
Transfers of the civilian population of the occupying power into the occupied territory, regardless whether forcible or voluntary, are prohibited.
Collective punishment is prohibited.
The taking of hostages is prohibited.

We already said that not all 🇵🇸 are criminals, like this is the case of other countries
https://news.1rj.ru/str/IsraelWarBullshit/222
https://news.1rj.ru/str/PalestinaIsraelRespeto/21
but remember just one thing, if you support 🇵🇸 and you want Palestine free, after this happens, all terrorists should go to prison! and should remain in prison for the whole life, if they don't get a death sentence for the massacres, no matter if they did that to make Palestine free ... There is way and way and probably are still terrorists even once Palestine will be free ... just looking how they acted during the massacre!

Security Council Resolution 242: The Situation in the Middle East
The resolution calls for the withdrawal of Israeli troops from the occupied territories, acknowledges the claim of sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of every state in the region and calls on the UN Secretary-General to appoint an Envoy to facilitate an acceptable solution to the conflict.
Israel's rights are being consistently negated through misleading interpreta- tions of UN Security Council Resolution 242. The resolution does not request Israel to withdraw from all the territories captured in the 1967 Six-Day War and does not recognize that the Palestinian refugees have a right to return to Israel. The Security Council laid down several principles that should lead to a peaceful solution of the Arab-Israeli conflict. Among these principles are an Israeli withdrawal from territories occupied in 1967 to new secure and recognized boundaries , to be established by agreement , and the need fora just settlement of the refugee problem, without any reference to a right of return
A careful examination of the wording of the relevant provisions of Resolution 242 (1967) has led to the conclusion that the interpretation favored by the Arab states is misleading. By this resolution the Security Council has laid down several principles that should lead to a peaceful solution of the Arab-Israeli conflict. Among these principles are an Israeli withdrawal from territories occupied in 1967 to new secure and recognized boundaries, to be established by agreement, and the need for a just settlement of the refugee problem, without any reference to a right of return. The solution may include a right to settle in the Palestinian state after its establishment, settlement and integration in other states (Arab and non- Arab), and perhaps the return of a small number to Israel if compelling humanitarian reasons are involved, such as family unification
