Stand for the Truth, preach the Truth and show no favor for the wicked! Hate sin, call it sin, reveal sin and repent when we do!
Praying for this nation, the Church and those that claim to walk in the light! Let us let our light shine into the darkness! Infiltrate the world with the Love of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
Let God do what God does and move forward with truth and righteousness! God bless you and your day!
10 If favor is shown to the wicked, he does not learn righteousness; in the land of uprightness he deals corruptly and does not see the majesty of the LORD.
11 O LORD, your hand is lifted up, but they do not see it. Let them see your zeal for your people, and be ashamed. Let the fire for your adversaries consume them. - Isaiah 26:10-11

Lamentations 3:22-33
The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
“The LORD is my portion,” says my soul,
“therefore I will hope in him.”
The LORD is good to those who wait for him,
to the soul who seeks him.
It is good that one should wait quietly
for the salvation of the LORD.
It is good for a man that he bear
the yoke in his youth.
Let him sit alone in silence
when it is laid on him;
let him put his mouth in the dust—
there may yet be hope;
let him give his cheek to the one who strikes,
and let him be filled with insults.
For the Lord will not
cast off forever,
but, though he cause grief, he will have compassion
according to the abundance of his steadfast love;
for he does not afflict from his heart
or grieve the children of men.”
Lamentations records the “laments” or the “loud cries” of Jeremiah after the devastating destruction of Judah by King Nebuchadnezzar. It is a cry to God that we can all glean rich comfort from.
God had warned the people of Israel many times that when they turned their face from Him and served other gods, He would remove His hand from them, His anger would burn against them and they would be overtaken by their enemies.
But we are reminded here in this text that even when we suffer great consequences for our sins, “His mercies never come to an end...”
So, dear ones, let us repent this morning, turning from the sin that so easily entangles us, and let us remember this morning that His mercies are new this day! No longer are we enslaved to the sins of our past, no longer are we burdened with the weight of guilt! We are redeemed!
Let us walk in our sufferings remembering the immeasurable Goodness of our God! ❤️

Now the serpent was more crafty than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, “Indeed, has God said, ‘You shall not eat from any tree of the garden’?”

Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or in dread of them, for the LORD your God is the One who is going with you. He will not desert you or abandon you."
Walking by faith is hard, but walking by faith isn't impossible, especially when we know that God has not left us in the darkness nor abandon us! Verse 1-5 He makes some great promises for His people, and that is He will not forsake us. He will indeed never leave us as His children.
Hebrews 13:5 in the face of provisions, and everything else in life, the promise remains,
"Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."

Matthew 5:13-16
13“You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by people. 14“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; 15nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16Your light must shine before people in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.
I just love the fact that God is guiding our lives! He is truly directing our paths! It may not be where we think it should be, but Great is His faithful, moving and placing us right where he wants to be for such a time as this! Go share Christ!

[13] When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command the locust to devour the land, or send pestilence among my people, [14] if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

It’s not about your capability, it’s about the Creator who called you!

I love this passage as it reminds us of who we are in Christ! It reminds us of who has equipped us for the work He has called us to! No matter who you are, no matter how weak, no matter how poor, our ability is rooted in the Lord! Therefore boast in Christ alone!
1 Corinthians 1:26-31
[26] For consider your calling, brothers: not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth. [27] But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; [28] God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, [29] so that no human being might boast in the presence of God. [30] And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption, [31] so that, as it is written, “Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.”

Psalm 104:31-35
[31] May the glory of the LORD endure forever;
may the LORD rejoice in his works,
[32] who looks on the earth and it trembles,
who touches the mountains and they smoke!
[33] I will sing to the LORD as long as I live;
I will sing praise to my God while I have being.
[34] May my meditation be pleasing to him,
for I rejoice in the LORD.
[35] Let sinners be consumed from the earth,
and let the wicked be no more!
Bless the LORD, O my soul!
Praise the LORD!

may the LORD rejoice in his works,
[32] who looks on the earth and it trembles,
who touches the mountains and they smoke!

[18] They said to you, “In the last time there will be scoffers, following their own ungodly passions.” [19] It is these who cause divisions, worldly people, devoid of the Spirit. [20] But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, [21] keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. [22] And have mercy on those who doubt; [23] save others by snatching them out of the fire; to others show mercy with fear, hating even the garment stained by the flesh.

Psalm 51
Create in Me a Clean Heart, O God
To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet went to him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba.
[1] Have mercy on me, O God,
according to your steadfast love;
according to your abundant mercy
blot out my transgressions.
[2] Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity,
and cleanse me from my sin!
[3] For I know my transgressions,
and my sin is ever before me.
[4] Against you, you only, have I sinned
and done what is evil in your sight,
so that you may be justified in your words
and blameless in your judgment.
[5] Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity,
and in sin did my mother conceive me.
[6] Behold, you delight in truth in the inward being,
and you teach me wisdom in the secret heart.
[7] Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean;
wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
[8] Let me hear joy and gladness;
let the bones that you have broken rejoice.
[9] Hide your face from my sins,
and blot out all my iniquities.
[10] Create in me a clean heart, O God,
and renew a right spirit within me.
[11] Cast me not away from your presence,
and take not your Holy Spirit from me.
[12] Restore to me the joy of your salvation,
and uphold me with a willing spirit.
[13] Then I will teach transgressors your ways,
and sinners will return to you.
[14] Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God,
O God of my salvation,
and my tongue will sing aloud of your righteousness.
[15] O Lord, open my lips,
and my mouth will declare your praise.
[16] For you will not delight in sacrifice, or I would give it;
you will not be pleased with a burnt offering.
[17] The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit;
a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.
[18] Do good to Zion in your good pleasure;
build up the walls of Jerusalem;
[19] then will you delight in right sacrifices,
in burnt offerings and whole burnt offerings;
then bulls will be offered on your altar.
So many times in our lives we feel distant from God, we feel as if He has abandoned us, even though we know that He would not.
Oftentimes this is due to unrepentant sin that we are holding in our hearts...maybe we have unwittingly allowed idolatry to take root in our heart...dear ones, this is anything that takes a higher priority in your life than Christ robbing you of the joy, peace and comfort a Spirit-filled life experiences! Typically showing itself in worry, anxiety, anger, resentment, bitterness, envy, strife, pride (idolatry of self)...
We need to turn our hearts back to God, and that begins with repentance! Agree with God (who already knows of your sin) that you are wrong and in desperate need of His great mercy as King David did in this Psalm. God delights in a heart broken over her own sinfulness, fully relying on the Grace and Mercy of God to forgive! ❤️

Keep the main thing the main thing! Christ and Him Crucified! Preach the Gospel!
Galatians 1:9-10
[9] As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed.
[10] For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.

Don’t be mislead, God doesn’t promise you riches! He promised to take care of you! Therefore, if we have food and clothing, with these we will be content.
The warning comes from....
1 Timothy 6:9-10
[9] But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation, into a snare, into many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. [10] For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.
Glory to God for what we do have, Glory to God for what we don’t have . Don’t crave that which you don’t have, or you may be sadly disappointed!
