Todays message for those that missed from Getting In The Word. God bless you all.
Matthew 18:21-22
[21] Then Peter came up and said to him, “Lord, how often will my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? As many as seven times?” [22] Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you seven times, but seventy-seven times.

Be pleasing to the Lord! Don’t walk in the flesh. Where your mind is will tell you if you’re living in the flesh!

Romans 8:5-8
[5] For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. [6] For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace. [7] For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God’s law; indeed, it cannot. [8] Those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
Jesus has told us what is truth. Let us look for truth where it is found! John Chapter 17 13 But now I am coming to You; and these things I speak in the world so that they may have My joy made full in themselves. 14 I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. 15 I am not asking You to take them out of the world, but to keep them away from [e]the evil one. 16 They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth.
Romans 8:18
[18] For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.

Moments from the Mower!

Each week we approach these properties because the all have the same problem and the problem is growth!
The grass grows, the weeds grow and the plants all grow, but this growth isn’t a bad thing in it self, rather it is proof of healthy life. If those items didn’t have growth then we would have to remove them and replace them with items that have life and growth. So as I cut, I’ll get to sit back and look at the beautiful job that’s been done.
Have you considered that life is much the same? We grow, or we should at least and if not you can bet there is a problem! But God will not let you grow beyond what you are able and so He will prune, cut and trim the unnecessary growth that you have in your life, so you will be a fine finish! Your life should attract the attention of people, not because you are something special, but rather because the Great Landscaper has been pruning and maintaining your life to be made more into the amazing image of the Lord Jesus Christ!

John 15:1-5
[1] “I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser. [2] Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit. [3] Already you are clean because of the word that I have spoken to you. [4] Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. [5] I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.

The Bible is not simply a book of wise sayings and advice on how to live. It truly holds the only hope for eternal life. Now (the present) is the time to believe. In believing we pass out of death, and that truth is the greatest peace and hope we can ever have, from that moment forward.

John 5:24 “Truly, truly, I say to you, the one who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.
God is bigger!

Isaiah 45:5-7
[5] I am the LORD, and there is no other, besides me there is no God; I equip you, though you do not know me, [6] that people may know, from the rising of the sun and from the west, that there is none besides me, I am the LORD, and there is no other.[7] I form light and create darkness; I make well-being and create calamity; I am the LORD, who does all these things.
Walking in the light brings forth fruitful and enduring relationships. Moving forward, in the Light radiates love into those around us. And love does not give up on others, but instead forgives everything (1 Corin 13:7)

1 John 1:7
"but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin."

You don’t need good advice you need good news! The Gospel!

Romans 10:14-15
[14] How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? [15] And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”
Psalm 90 - The only Psalm written by Moses reminds us of the brevity of life here on earth. It also makes clear that our sins, even our "secret sins" are known to God and that if we will confess those sins and acknowledge Him He will make straight our path (Proverbs 3:6, 1 John 1:9). Please Lord help us number our days and to be satisfied (thankful) with His lovingkindness (which is all sufficient) that we might sing for Joy and be glad all our days!
Psalm 90:3-6 3. You turn mortals back into dust
And say, “Return, you sons of mankind.”
4 For a thousand years in Your sight
Are like yesterday when it passes by,
Or like a watch in the night.
5 You have swept them away like a flood, they fall asleep;
In the morning they are like grass that sprouts anew.
6 In the morning it flourishes and sprouts anew;
Toward evening it wilts and withers away.
Psalm 90:12-14 So teach us to number our days,
That we may present to You a heart of wisdom.
13 Do return, Lord; how long will it be?
And be sorry for Your servants.
14 Satisfy us in the morning with Your graciousness,
That we may sing for joy and rejoice all our days.
Grace Alone,
Faith Alone,
Christ Alone,

Titus 3:4-5
[4] But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, [5] he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit,

Galatians 2:15-16
[15] We ourselves are Jews by birth and not Gentile sinners; [16] yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified.

Galatians 2:21
[21] I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness were through the law, then Christ died for no purpose.

Ephesians 2:8-10
[8] For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, [9] not a result of works, so that no one may boast. [10] For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
