God said it, I believe it and that settles it! ~ David Jeremiah
Philippians 2:3-4
[3] Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. [4] Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.

Interesting the days for which we live! In the last days the Bible is very clear that men will be lovers of Self!

2 Timothy 3:1-7
[1] But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. [2] For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, [3] heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, [4] treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, [5] having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. [6] For among them are those who creep into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and led astray by various passions, [7] always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth.

It’s stunning to me how many people are being saved! I’m completely overwhelmed by God’s grace! We don’t have time to waste, on non eternal things, the fields are white for harvest!

Matthew 9:37-38
[37] Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; [38] therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”

It’s the Lord’s Harvest and He is the Lord of the Harvest! I’m grateful the Lord has allowed usto play a part in His great work! All glory to God!
Go preach Jesus Christ, for the Kingdom of God is at hand!

Psalm 121
[1] I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? [2] My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth. [3] He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber. [4] Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. [5] The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is your shade on your right hand.[6] The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. [7] The LORD will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life.[8] The LORD will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.

My help comes from the Lord! Where does yours? Is your help temporary or eternal! Place your trust in Him who is able!
GOT PRAYER?
Psalm 38:18 Hebrews 13:15 James 1:5 Ephesians 5:20 1 Samuel 12:23
Have you Fear? Be like David...
Psalm 34:4
"I sought the Lord and He answered me, and delivered me from all my Fears!"
A fearless Man, is a praying Man...
The condition of Prayer...
Psalm 66:18-19
18If I regard wickedness in my heart, The Lord will not hear; 19But God has heard;
He has given attention to the sound of my prayer. 20Blessed be God, Who has not turned away my prayer
Nor His favor from me.

Does He Hear you? Confession is a must... 1 John 1:9
"Sometimes you have to be disobedient to a king, in order to be obedient to the King"
Have you been challenged this week? When you faced adversity how did you respond? When your customers or clients, supervisor or spouse treated you unfairly what was your reaction?
Our response when we are squeezed can give us insight into what is filling our hearts.

Luke 6:
45 The good person out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good; and the evil person out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil; for his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart.
It is not harder for one sinner to be saved than another. They’re all equally unable, it’s impossible left to themselves! Romans 3:23
But what is impossible with man, is possible with God! Paul says in Titus 3:5 “he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit”

If you spent as much time trying to accomplish that which you cannot do, on that which God HAS called you to do, He might do a mighty Work In you and through you!

James 1:22
[22] But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

Update:

His vent tube is out and he is doing the best he has done all morning! Pray that continues!
His heart rate kept dropping earlier so this is great news. Praying he was agitated due to the vent.
Hebrews 10:24-25
[24] And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, [25] not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

The days are drawing near, so encourage one another to stand firm in the faith and to look upwards! Let us consider how we can encourage, stir up and uplift one another to Love and to serve the Lord and one another! Let us not lose hope in doing good, go serve the Lord and do the Works that the Lord has prepared for you even before the foundations of the World!
David even in the face of his enemies lives in peace! He didn’t toss and turn all night fighting back the fear and anxiety, he lived under the comfort of Gods abilities and trusted the Lord!

Psalm 4:8
[8] In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.

That’s some good sleep and peace, kind of like the peace in John.

John 14:27
[27] Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

Live in peace my friends, Jesus is indeed the prince of peace! Sleep well!
Someone once said...
"if serving someone is beneath you, then leadership is above you."
How are you serving? Who are you serving?
