The Cornwall Wildlife Trust reports today that a suspected arson has left around 15 acres of Rosennanon Downs Nature Reserve torched, destroying roughly 37 football fields worth of preserved wild space in the South West. The above photos show the before and after of the view overlooking the heathland.
The site is home to rare, native species such as the North Devon cattle, Skylarks and more. Cornwall accounts for just over 2% of the world’s lowland heathland, making it an important habitat on a worldwide scale.
Firefighters reporting to the scene at around 8.15pm on the 8th March noted the swathes of ground nesting birds abandoning their nests to flee the blaze.
The Trust reports this as the third major arson in as many years.

Bath is 'ready to resettle refugees' from Ukraine
In yet another virtue signal at best, corrosive replacement of the native demographics at worst, Bath city council with northwest Somerset council has asked for well-meaning citizens to be ready to open their homes to refugees of the Ukrainian war.
Bath council has asked residents to send their information to their email to say what capacity they have and what they can do to help. Moved by the frequent images of the stranded, the suffering, the dispossessed , the people of Bath have yet again been manipulated into a position where their good nature is being preyed upon.
What they won’t tell residents, but what we know, is that any Middle Eastern/African/Asian person who turns up at Dover and says “I’m Ukrainian” will be put into a home with a vulnerable person.
Even if you took the council at their word and they wanted only true Ukrainian refugees, the refugees would be safe once they reached Poland, Romania, Moldova, Hungary or Slovakia. The Red Cross money that they send is better spent there, not to get a Ukrainian a thousand miles away from their homeland.
If Bath residents are charitable and want a worthy charity to support, we suggested PTSD camp Bath, which was raided by the Counter terrorism police last year on no good evidence. Perhaps then, they can see the thanks their countrymen get for their service and just how little the same government that is cheered for its war mongering and false charity really cares for those who do it the highest service.

Hello everyone,
You may have heard April is going to be demographic awareness month.
All regions are competing to see how many of PA’s ‘Minority 2066’ leaflets they can get out over the month. There will be a running total on the PA website, and a leadership board.
You are able to take part with your region or as an individual, if you take part by yourself, we will need some proof of your work (such as a picture of the leaflets). An easy way to measure the number of leaflets you are distributing is:
100 leaflets = 0.5 inches
1000 leaflets = 5 inches
There will also be a hall of fame for any activists who is able to deliver 1303 leaflets. If every PA supporter delivered 1303 leaflets, every White household in the UK would receive one.
Also, special recognition will be given for other creative ways of raising awareness.
The regional organiser is responsible for collating the information, so keep me updated on telegram at t.me/@ourclaire or email me on southwest@patrioticalternative.org.uk

West Monkton Sunday seed swap
The small village of West Monkton, just outside of Taunton, Somerset, is hosting a seed swap event on Sunday 20th from 1pm-3pm at Brittons Ash community hall.
These events are great ways for an aspiring green thumb to get seeds from fellow like-minded garden and vegetable lovers, to turn your garden or bit of Britain into a thriving, biodiverse boon to both nature and beauty.
Last summer, we saw French farmers protest over a new law that would criminalise seed saving. As with so much of the horrors on the continent, it can be assumed that there are similar forces that wish to push that level of totalitarian nightmare central planning here.
Fortunately, we are still free to do our seed swaps and buck the system.
Go and meet new friends, help save your country by starting with saving your garden!

Today, patriots of the Patriotic Alternative Southwest group met in the Mendip hills for a hike.
Despite the mud, the group made good progress and explored a familiar path up to the burial mounds and up to a disused WW2 bunker, with good, lively conversation amongst friends to accompany us all the way.
New faces of people who had not been on hikes before were welcome, old faces whom we had not seen in a while were welcomed back.
After the group had exhausted itself, we met for a well-deserved pint in the pub, unfurling our banner over the beautiful vista of the Blagdon lake.
Finally, before shaking hands and saying our goodbyes, we stocked up on our White minority by 2066 leaflet for our April demographic awareness drive.
