On this day in 1513 the battle of Flodden took place. The battle was a disater for Scotland with estimates of the death toll ranging between 5-18,000. About every noble family in Scotland lost including the Royal Family with King James IV himself dying and at least 10 Earls.

The battle was during the War of the League of Cambrai between the Kingdom of England and the Kingdom of Scotland, resulting in an English victory. The battle was fought near Branxton in the county of Northumberland in northern England, between an invading Scots army under King James IV and an English army commanded by the Earl of Surrey.In terms of troop numbers, it was the largest battle fought between the two kingdoms.

Making sure that all people can have periods and babies no matrer what you identify as. She would rather spend time and money on these absurdities than actually making the majority's lives better.

Disagree with gender recognition, immigration policies, abortion, vaccine passports etc and want to go to the parliament to make the MSPs aware of it..you could find yourself in a.police cell instead and up in court, just for wanting to air your views.

Sturgeon and her gang have already introduced the draconian hate crime bill and are trying to hold onto powers brought in to tackle covid and introduced vaccine passports..What next one may ask . . President for life ..the peoples republic of Sturgeonia. It could look ,if she has her way in a few years you may be freer living in North Korea rather than Scotland.

Its time the People of Scotland kicked Sturgeon out and for good measure many of the other politicians in the crony capital.

On this day in 1547 the Battle of Pinkie, also known as the Battle of Pinkie Cleugh,took place on the banks of the River Esk near Musselburgh, Scotland. The last pitched battle between Scotland and England before the Union of the Crowns, it was part of the conflict known as the Rough Wooing and is considered to have been the first modern battle in the British Isles. It was a catastrophic defeat for Scotland, where it became known as "Black Saturday".

The Scots army lost between 5-6000 dead , while the English forces only suffered casualties in.the hundreds. The battle saw the extensive use of artillery including naval artillery from the English fleet offshore and was one of the main factors in the Scottish loss of the battle .

Although they had suffered a resounding defeat, the Scottish government refused to come to terms. The infant Queen Mary was smuggled out of the country to France to be betrothed to the young Dauphin of France, Francis. The English occupied parts of lowland Scotland .

From October the first in Scotland if you fancy going to a gig, football or for a night clubbing expect to have to show proof of being double vaccinated or expect to see yourself sent home early.

Despite objects from the opposition parties the new SNP Green deal meant that the legislation passed with no problems..Another sign of how Scotland is turning into a dictatorship with Sturgeon able to push through any legislation she wants.

The hard hit hospitality sector is very much against the move saying it will be expensive, difficult to implement and basically unnecessary. It is another illiberal move from the SNP causing yet more divides in Scottish society.

Recently the popular petition to name the new M8 bridge in Glasgow after Kriss Donald got shutdown by media pressure. They do not want people to remember Kriss was a victim of anti-White racism.

The PA flag was once again raised to the roof of the nation as one of our activists climbed the mighty Ben Cruachan in some very tricky conditions. Carrying on with our Fitness Club motto of "Embrace the Struggle," the low cloud and drizzle were not enough to prevent our flag being displayed on the summit cairn at 1126m.

On this day in 1297 a Scots army under William Wallace and Andrew Moray defeated a English army in the Battle of Stirling Bridge. The English army made a tactical mistake by instead of taking the advice of a Scots knight to cross a ford two miles up stream of the bridge, where many men could cross at the one time.They decided on a frontal attack across the narrow bridge where only two horsemen could ride side by side. The Scots waited until a portion of the army was across the bridge then attacked from the heights of Abbey Craig. The Scots seized the bridge cutting off reinforcements and trapping maybe 2000 English troops, most of whom perished. Though the English army still had a strong force on the other side of the bridge and could have held the forth, their confidence was shattered and the commander the Earl of Surrey fled south to Berwick leaving only a garrison in Stirling castle , handing control of the lowlands to Wallace and his troops. After the battle Wallace was made the Guardian of Scotland.

Also on this day in 1997 another event took place that would change the future of Scotland. On the 11th of September 1997, a referendum was held on Scottish devolution. The pre-legislative referendum over whether there was support for the creation of a Scottish Parliament with devolved powers, and whether the Parliament should have tax-varying powers. The result was "Yes–Yes": a majority voted in favour of both proposals, and the Parliament was established following an election in 1999. Turnout for the referendum was 60.4%.

The referendum was a Labour Party manifesto commitment and was held in their first term in office after the 1997 UK general election, under the provisions of the Referendums (Scotland and Wales) Act 1997. It was the second referendum held in Scotland over the question of devolution, the first being in 1979, and is to date the only major referendum to be held in any part of the United Kingdom where voters were asked two questions

Sturgeon yet again shows her true colours by attacking the use of the word "woke" to criticise people who have views that differ from the position being pushed by the elites and minorities.

We can expect to see much more of the degenerate agenda being pushed if Sturgeon gets her way . She is determined it seems to make in her view the most "equal" woke nation in the world. She says she wants equality for all but she wants to silence any views that disagree with hers.

Equality is not what she is putting in place, she is creating a nation where some minorities will have a larger say in things than the general population. A nation where the policies she is pushing through will have a harmfull effect on our children

Very convenient for the Scottish government that there is no way to back up the messanger apps they use. So once they delete them they are gone forever. A very useful thing if you are upto no good and want to hide it.

Earlier this year it was found that the Scottish government was holiding meetings by telephone with interested parties and lobbyists to get round having to report and document the contents of those meetings and who attended

It appaers that the Scottish government is doing its best to create a veill of secrecy around its actions.
