This means Telegram will HAVE to implement copyright filters that automatically remove ALL user-uploaded videos, photos and audios that contain copyrighted content, even if it's parody, due to the fact that AI cannot properly recognize parody, covers, remixes, satire and memes.

This absolute pearl of a video is an excellent example: if you search on google "ricardo milos king of the jungle", you will see lots of reuploads of this video blocked by this screen: this is what will happen on Telegram.
When the copyright filters will be applied, I won't be able to share this video on my channel, or even upload it on telegram, just because it uses music.

This is the beginning of a very sad era of the internet, an age of censorship and corporate monopoly.

I ask Telegram to comment on this issue, to clarify their position, and I ask you, EU citizen, to vote at the next EU elections this May: maybe we can still save the Internet.
