Ramadan is here by Abdullaah bin Imraan Hussein
Al-Haafith Ibn Rajab, may Allaah have mercy upon him, said:
اعلم أنَّ المؤمنَ يجتَمعُ له في شَهر رمضَان جهادَان لنَفْسِه: - جهادٌ بالنَّهار على الصِّيام ، - وجهادٌ باللَّيل على القيام ، فمَن جمعَ بينَ هذَيْن الجهادَين ، ووَفَّى بحُقُوقهما ، وصَبَر عليهما ، وفَّى أجرَه بغَير حسَابٍ.
"Know that in the month of Ramadhaan there are two jihaads of the self which take place for the believer: jihaad of the daytime with fasting, and jihaad of the night time with standing for prayer. So whoever gathers between these two jihaads, fulfills their rights, and is patient with them, then he is given his reward without limit."
[Lataaif Al-Ma'aarif, (1/171)]

📍The Prophet (ﷺ) said, Whoever does not give up false statements (i.e. telling lies), and evil deeds, and speaking bad words to others, Allah is not in need of his (fasting) leaving his food and drink
📖Sahih al-Bukhari
So let us guard our tongues so that our fast would have value with Allaah

DO NOT DAMAGE THE SHIELD
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Fasting is a shield, as long as you do not damage it"
In another narration, the Prophet ﷺ said "By lying or backbiting"
Sunan al-Nasā’ī -sahih (authenticated) Al-Albani.
Note: The second hadeeth explains that being involved in lying and backbiting destroys the shield fasting provides. So we beg Allaah to help us guard our tongues. Aameen.
Wajazaakumullaahu khairaa.

It is customary for those with chivalry and good behaviour to redress and comfort the hearts of women because of their weakness. Therefore, if a man gives something to his children, he is highly encouraged to start with their females.

[5/2, 1:40 PM] Imran Hussein: Our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said *Seek Laylatul Qadr in the odd nights during the last ten [nights] of Ramadhan* (Al-Bukhaaree)
*The Odd Nights are*
Sunday 2nd May = *21st Ramadhan*
Tuesday 4th May = *23rd Ramadhan*
Thursday 6th May = *25th Ramadhan*
Saturday 8th May = *27th Ramadhan*
Monday 10th May = *29th Ramadhan*
May Allah, our Majestic Lord make us strive in these last days and nights to increase our acts of worship, accept all our good deeds, forgive us our sins and make us, our parents, our families and all believers freed slaves in this blessed month. Ameen.
NOTE: Although the odd nights is where the night is found, it is still better to strive relentlessly during all the nights like our beloved, sollAllaahu alaiyhi wa sallam did.
[5/2, 1:40 PM] Imran Hussein: Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullaah. My respected brothers and sisters, at this time our hearts should only be focused on the search for LAILATUL QADR which will begin for some of us after we break our fast today. This is the TREASURE we all claim that we want and which we have been waiting for!
So we would be able to assess this by looking at how our beloved prophet sollAllaahu alaiyhi wa sallam sought it and try to do what he did. If we do not make an effort to do it like that, can we truly say that we really want this treasure? Please ponder!
So let us strive with all our might and make use of every moment of these days in this noble quest.
I ask Allaah to bless us with the will to strive in our search for LAILATUL QADR like we never did before. Aameen.

Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullaah wa barakaatuh, respected brothers and sisters I would like to share some tips on how to strive to make use of these majestic and blessed 9 or 10 days and nights ahead of us. So please bear with me.
1. Set your heart ❤️ right. This can be done by:
a) Amazing bounties: recognizing what are waiting for you during these days and nights of forgiveness, freedom from hell, countless other rewards and a night that is better than 1000 months.
B) SINCERITY: make sure you are doing everything for Allaah's pleasure and nothing else.
C) Gratitude: be extremely grateful to Allaah by constantly expressing your gratitude to Him for choosing to bless you to make you reach it, being able to recognize this great favour and also His blessing us with the ability to strive for it.
D) REPENT: Repent right now. This wipes out sins completely.
E) DU'AA: beg Allaah from the bottom of your heart, especially at those times He tells us du'aa is accepted, to bless you to be able to reach LAILATUL QADR and to give you the tawfeeq to strive to worship in it abundantly.
F) BEWARE: please know that the night start from the time the sun sets (many Muslims do not recognize this). So get busy with du'aa from the time you break your fast with the du'aa "Allaahumma innaka 'Afoowun tuhibbul 'afwa f'afu 'annee" make thus du'aa as much as possible.
G) REST during the day, so that you can stand the entire night, if possible, in prayer, du'aa, recitation of the Quraan, and dhikr.
H) ASK Allaah to accept all your acts of worship.
I) Encourage everyone to strive for this treasure found in LAILATUL QADR
J) Make du'aa for others inshaaAllaah.
These are some important things that came to mind that I want to remind those who are special to me so that we can strive together for what is in these blessed days and nights.
Please forgive me for being so lengthy.
I ask Allaah to bless us to reach LAILATUL QADR and help us to establish it correctly, give us it's rewards, accept our prayers, fasting, du'aas, sodaqah, and all our worship in this entire month, and also for all believers. We further ask Allaah to forgive us all our sins and the sins of the believers and to save us from Hell and grant us His jannah. Aameen!
Wajazaakumullaahu khairaa.
