On January 30th, 2025, the United States Department of Justice released a statement on the arrest of 2 individuals residing in the United States on charges of ... "participating in a neo-Nazi child exploitation enterprise that grooms and coerces minors to produce child sexual abuse material (CSAM)." known online as CVLT (pronounced CULT).
- Colin John Thomas Walker, 23, of Bridgeton, New Jersey
- Clint Jordan Lopaka Nahooikaika Borge, 41, of Pahoa, Hawaii
Both individuals made initial court appearances on January 30th, 2025 before a grand jury.
Additionally, the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation, in conjunction with foreign partners, brought more charges against 2 individuals currently in prison.

- Kaleb Christopher Merritt, 24, of Spring, Texas
Both Mr. Rane and Mr. Merritt are being charged with one count of engaging in a child exploitation enterprise.
Between 2019 and 2022 Mr. Rane, Mr. Walker, Mr. Merritt, and Mr. Borge, acted as leaders and administrators of CVLT. They were responsible for hosting, running, and controlling membership of the group.
Mr. Rane, Mr. Walker, Mr. Merritt, and Mr. Borge worked collectively to entice and coerce children into self-producing CSAM. The individuals groomed children for eventual production of CSAM by means of degradation. Mr. Rane, Mr. Walker, Mr. Merritt, and Mr. Borge, often exposed children to extremist and violent content. They often collectively targeted vulnerable victims, including children who suffer from mental health issues or have a history of sexual abuse.
Mr. Rane, Mr. Walker, Mr. Merritt, and Mr. Borge, often encouraged their victims to perform dehumanizing acts such as:
- Eating their own hair
- Drinking their own urine
- Punching themselves
- Calling themselves racial slurs
- Self-strangulation with belts
- Inserting knives or cacti into their genitals
- Pornography involving pets or animals
- Having victims produce pornography of other children
- Having the children carve "CVLT" into themselves
... in one documented instance Mr. Rane, Mr. Walker, Mr. Merritt, and Mr. Borge, escalated the harassment and tried to convince a child to commit suicide on live camera.
Often when victims refused, or threatened to notify parents or law enforcement, Mr. Rane, Mr. Walker, Mr. Merritt, and Mr. Borge, would increase harassment and begin sending CSAM footage produced by the child to their friends and/or family.
Due to the severity of the crimes — Colin John Thomas Walker, Clint Jordan Lopaka Nahooikaika Borge, and Kaleb Christopher Merritt are facing life in prison. Although, Mr. Merritt is currently serving 50 years in prison in Virginia. If found guilty, Mr. Merritt will receive an additional life sentence on top of his 50 years.

Today Jairo Jaime Tinajero, 25, of Kentucky, United States, plead guilty to a series of charges in relation to online activity in a group named "764".
The court details are pretty bad. In summary, Mr. Tinajero and a currently unidentified co-conspirator enticed an underage woman to produce CSAM (child sexual abuse material) for them. When the victim refused to produce more CSAM, Mr. Tinajero and the co-conspirator decided to murder the victim.
Court details show Mr. Tinajero discussing the murder on Telegram and Mr. Tinajero trying to recruit others on Telegram to assist in the murder of the underage victim.
No information is available on how the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation retrieved his private Telegram messages between other people.
Due to the severity of the crimes Mr. Tinajero is being charged with the following:
- Racketeering Conspiracy (20 years)
- Online Enticement (10 years)
- Production of child sexual abuse material (x3) (15 - 30 years per count)
- Distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) (x3) (5 years - 30 years per count)
- Interstate communications of threats (x5) (5 years per count)
- Cyberstalking (5 years)
- Conspiracy to murder in aid of racketeering (10 years)
Due to the severity of the crimes, and a plea deal, Mr. Tinajero is applicable for additional sentencing under U.S.S.G. § 3A1.4 n. 4. This charge means Mr. Tinajero (in some capacity) aided or promoted terrorism which enhances his sentencing. If the charge is applied, this would add an additional 75 years - life.
Mr. Tinajero is facing (at maximum), 3 life sentences, or 325 years in prison.

Wondering why CSAM groups and spammers are getting banned in a few days instead of months like it used to be?
Apparently, due to the DSA, telegram has implemented media hashing and AI technologies in order to scan all the content uploaded onto the platform, automatically ban the offenders and report them to the authorities.
We approve of the media hashing decision since its error rate is abysmally low and highly effective against spammers, but we hope that all the AI processed content and reports are thoroughly reviewed by human operators since they are not reliable.
While this is an important improvement in moderation practices, we still recommend to keep using the antipedo bot since the bot will PREVENT known pedos from joining and spamming. Automated systems will usually report the spammer and your group, which can result in a double ban.
Stay safe and happy hunting
