This fixes Bluetooth Stutters & Range Issues for Users who flashed PixelExperience A12 or ROMS based on it's Trees.

• No Data Loss.
• No need to Flash MIUI Fastboot ROM & Perform Factory Data Reset.

Notes:
For the users who have broken their IMEI, this fix will break your IMEI again. Don't forget to restore it, like you did previously.
