Prop #132 has been approved by $XPRT governance, with over 87.95% of accounts voting in favour! ✅🦾

With this, XPRT inflation parameters have been adjusted:

1️⃣ Minimum inflation set to 6.25%
2️⃣ Maximum inflation set to 12.5%

This will gradually restore staking incentives, support validators, and strengthen network security. It will ensure that Persistence remains attractive for stakers and validators while we continue building more utilities for XPRT.
