Proposal #8 on the Persistence Core-1 chain passed w/ 99.94% of participating XPRT delegators voting in favor.
This proposal will upgrade the Core-1 chain to v4 and add multiple interchain & liquid staking functionalities.

On November 6th, at the Block Height of 8647535, the Persistence Core-1 Chain halted for ~4.5 hours.
The Core-1 chain team and validators resolved all the issues and promptly restored the block production.

This upgrade will re-establish the ICA channel b/w Core-1 chain & Cosmos Hub and enable the launch of pSTAKE for Cosmos. The upgrade is estimated to happen at block height 8910100.
We request all the Core-1 chain validators and $XPRT stakers to participate in the voting process.
