ATTENTION ALL WORKERS - VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The WA Public Health Act (2016) contains a section which stops employers disciplining or terminating employment if an employee complies with the Public Health Order (PHO) direction of not attending a site unvaccinated.
The PHO says you must not attend site if you have not received your first jab by 1 December 2021. If you do not attempt to enter or remain on site, you are complying with the PHO. Section 202(3)(b)(ii & iii) of the Public Health Act prohibits disciplinary action or termination of employees who comply with the PHO direction.
DO NOT RESIGN!! Your job must be held for you, and you can resume work once the PHO ends. It must end eventually, so make sure you understand what this means and tell your workmates to HOLD THE LINE. This section of the Act will be protective and can be used in an Unfair Dismissal claim at the Fair Work Commission in the event of employment being terminated, but we are trying to avoid being terminated.
You can write to your employer stating that the section above confirms your compliance with not being on-site cannot lead to your termination. Ensure you write "Without Prejudice" at the top and centre of the letter.
Finally, anyone on sick/stress leave signed off by your GP due to the stress you’re experiencing from the current jab mandate situation, please look into your superannuation fund's policy for Salary Continuance Insurance (SCI). It’s usually automatically built into your Super, but most people don’t even know they have it. It will pay up to 75% of your monthly salary for up to 2 years while you’re deemed unfit for work due to sickness etc. Wait times of 30-90 days apply, depending on your policy.

The aim is NOT to refuse it, and use conditional acceptance:
‘I write with regard to the matter of potential covid vaccine and my desire to be fully informed and appraised of ALL facts before going ahead.
I’d be most grateful if you could please provide the following information, in accordance with statutory legal requirements:
1. Can you please advise me of the approved legal status of any vaccine and if it is experimental?
2. Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccine has been fully, independently and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of those tests?
3. Can you please advise of the full list of contents of the vaccine I am to receive and if any are toxic to the body?
4. Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since it’s introduction?
5. Can you please confirm that the vaccine you are advocating is NOT ‘experimental mRNA gene altering therapy’?
6. Can you please confirm that I will not be under any duress from yourselves as my employers, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?
7. Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract Covid 19 and the likelihood of recovery?
Once I have received the above information in full and I am satisfied that there is NO threat to my health, I will be happy to accept your offer to receive the treatment, but with certain conditions - namely that:
1. You confirm that I will suffer no harm.
2. Following acceptance of this, the offer must be signed by a fully qualified doctor who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself, and/or from any interactions by authorized personnel regarding these procedures.
3. In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result?
I would also advise that my inalienable rights are reserved.’
The point being though, is that they CANNOT provide that information but you’ve NOT refused.

Following on from my half time speech this is one task everyone should be doing especially after the protests.
Last Monday the bill to end vaccine mandates was voted down. Last week Pauline Hansen put in a referral of the bill to the Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee for an inquiry.
This would have given Australians a voice and the opportunity to directly tell them and the government what they think about vaccine mandates.
A parliamentary inquiry would also allow doctors and other health practitioners the opportunity to have their say about mandatory vaccination without fear of losing their registration or jobs.
The legislation was going to be referred with liberal support but was stopped by Jacqui Lambie, Rex Patrick, Sterling Griff by working with Labor and Green senators.
Pauline Hansen is calling on all Australians to put pressure on your MPs and Senators, demanding this critical legislation be subject to a full and open parliamentary inquiry.
Please write to the MPs in your state and all senators. Make sure you include:
⁃ How vaccine mandates have impacted you and reasons that they are unacceptable.
⁃ How you have been treated by your school association, e.g. not allowed to access ennoscriptments, threatened with misconduct, threatening emails of coercion.
⁃ That the Covid-19 vaccination status bill NEEDS to be subject to a full and open parliamentary inquiry
Over the last week more politicians have been speaking out against mandatory vaccinations. Even though we have emailed most of them before, now is an excellent time to put more pressure on.
Mentioning upcoming elections and the changing opinions of voters won’t hurt either!
