Epstein’s ex Ghislaine Maxwell guilty of sex trafficking

Ghislaine was found guilty of five of six counts for her involvement in recruiting and grooming teenage girls to be sexually abused by financier Jeffrey Epstein.

She has been on trial since late November – deliberations began December 20, halting for the Christmas holiday before resuming on Monday.

During the trial’s closing arguments in federal court in Manhattan a prosecutor said Maxwell was Jeffrey Epstein’s “partner in crime.”
