You can't work unless your fully vaccinated.
Fully vaccinated = 3 jabs
They want to increase the vaccination rates. That's all this is about. A big slap in the face to those who have put their foot down after the first 2.

The Department of Health of Western Australia now publishes a weekly COVID-19 surveillance report which provides a summary of hospitalisations, case data and testing data (including data relating to deaths and if vaccinated).

The World Health Organisation (WHO) is attempting a power grab. Most people have never heard of the International Health Regulations (IHR).
