The Supreme Court Judge has adjourned the matter to 10.30 am tomorrow.
Justice Forbes will preside over the matter and I would encourage anyone to write an email to him expressing your concerns about the lack of due process afforded to Serene given she had 7 days for right of reply and that the VLSB are acting in a position of Ultra vires (beyond their powers).
Please note Serene has not been charged with anything, she has not been in trouble or investigated by Law Enforcement and the current acts demonstrated by VLSB is a complete violation of Human Rights

And only a couple of days ago, we had an apparent "case" in one of the quarantine hotels... I wonder if this is enough justification for our "Premier" to file an extension ???
So if I read it correctly, midnight tonight we're no longer in a state of emergency?
