TRANSPERTH BUS DRIVERS apparently believe they are the NEW DULY APPOINTED EMERGENCY OFFICERS AND TOTALLY UNLAWFUL MASK POLICE.
A 70 year old was refused access to a Transperth bus, going from Cloverdale to Lathlain, because he could not wear a mask. There was no consideration for his medical exemption.
The driver said that our septuagenarian was not allowed on the bus and that the driver was told to call the police if anyone without a mask attempted to get on the bus.
The weather was cold, windy and raining, and the 70 year old man who has a serious health condition was forced to walk home in the rain. A distance of 5kms.
SERIOUSLY PERTH!!!
What's going on with that??
What has happened to our humanity???

This is NOT LAW, and there is NO LEGISLATION TO BACK IT UP!
There is remedy for this breach of public trust and breach of Commonwealth Law…but first we have to know about it.
