Sadly the answer to the question is no.

A few people have been emailing me about the Fair Work Commission decision on ‘No Jab, No Job’ mandates from earlier in the week.
The decision is in relation to Jennifer Kimber v Sapphire Coast Community Aged Care Ltd. I have read the decision.
People are being directed to read from page 32 of the decision onwards but sadly that section is not part of the majority Fair Work Commission ruling but the dissenting opinion of one commissioner by the name of Lyndall Dean.
Don’t get me wrong… I truly wish it was the ruling of the FWC as I agree with everything that Commissioner Dean wrote in her dissenting opinion.
But the reality is the FWC has ruled against workers’ rights when it comes to vaccine mandates.
I understand the matter is being taken to the Federal Court by the plaintiff. Hopefully the Federal Court will agree with the dissenting opinion of Fair Work Commissioner Lyndall Dean.

Our indigenous elders have come out in full support of our national strike in silence and will be releasing a video on Friday morning from the NT giving all who attend their sovereign protection.

They believe this is the first step in healing the nation and uniting everyone in peace. A welcome to country will be conducted and a special smoke ceremony.
