$NEAR - gearing up for a wild ride! 🎢
The initial breakthrough of the 0.618 Fib proved false, showing rejection, triggering stops and liquidations at the lower boundary of the ascending structure.
After offloading an overbought market and closing $30m+ $NEAR longs, accumulation in $1.75 - $1.90 range signaled a return to buyer dominance, with a strong impulse pushing the price back above the 0.618 Fib.

💁🏻 So yes, a wallet controlled by Venom Foundation has just silently minted a new ERC20 token named VENOM.
The reason I was researching this token closely enough to see this is very specific.
I started my original research on Venom back in 2022, from the move of Peter Knez, who was one of the top BlackRock managers at the time. He decided to resign from his job managing the world's largest trust fund to take position of the CEO of Venom VC.
🏔 But why? A couple of weeks after Knez's appointment everything became clear. Venom Foundation immediately received a direct $1B investment from the UAE government, after which, of course, Venom Network was granted a priority license to deploy its own blockchain and the entire ecosystem in the UAE.

With this backing, if the token info is confirmed, VENOM might be able to displace Ethereum as the leader of the alt-market by the end of this bull run.

This year, on Jan 31, Venom Foundation officially announced the acquisition of Everscale - [link]. This was the first deal of its kind where the entire blockchain, inculding its technology and data, was sold to another company.
Everscale development was soon halted, with all their teams moving to Venom Network development. Their EVER token price dipped substantially, and I even attempted to short it through an AAVE loan.
It was a gotcha moment when I stumbled upon its page on etherscan while researching the new VENOM contract today. I don't know if they forgot to rotate wallets or confused the keypairs ... but guess who was the deployer of EVER ERC20 contract?
