Bootloader locking means a lot more on the Pixel 6 because it retains a full chain of trust and therefore makes it virtually impossible for any app to detect you're running a custom ROM

AVOID INSTALLING ANY MODULES/APK FROM UNKNOWN PEOPLE AND SOURCE!!!
There's an apk now spreading across the community bricking their devices after the app granted for root access. Avoid installation of sketchy modules or app from unknown source as recovering from erased ABL state is not easy as fastboot flash blabla or using mi flash tool.
Be careful.
