Google Keep Material You redesign preview
Google Keep 5.21.361 arrived, but the redesign is not rolling out yet. Here a quick preview before it start to rollout. This will be a long one.

Pill shaped search bar, as expected. Google Keep is still "keeping" the colorful "+" icon which disappeared from other apps that received the redesign, the shape is reshape to rounded square. The toolbar is also colored.

The "Quick Capture" widget got similar design to the Google Drive one. 3x1 only give you the option to create note, while rest of the size, you get all of it, create a new checklist, drawing, voice recording, or picture note. With 3x2 size, you can see the X-shaped widget, with the options all expanding to the corner.

Another widget redesign is the "Note list". At 3-wide, you can view the notes and create one. Rest of the larger size, the create note shortcuts and rest of the options will show up at the right side of the widget, while your notes will be showing at the left side. (9To5Google)

Google Pixel Fold possibly coming before 2022
For foldable fans and Android stock lover, good news. Google Pixel Fold is coming soon before 2021 end.

David Naranjo tweet reveal that the Pixel Fold launching date will be in Q4 2021, suggesting it will use an LTPO OLED display. The screen is rumored to be 7.6 inch large and it will be an inward folding display.

Nobody is sure whether it is launching with the Pixel 6 series or there will be another launch event for that, time will tell. (GSMArena)

Google bringing Android 11 auto reset permission to older Android devices
Android 11 feature will be bring all the way to Android 6? Yup, auto reset permission it is.

When Android 11 launches, Google announced the auto reset permission which revoke permission from barely used apps. Starting in December, an update of the Google Play Services will bring this feature to Android 6 to 10.

For apps that are still not updated to target Android 11 and later, users will need to manually enable it, else it will be enable by default. (XDA-Developers)

Pixel exclusive 'Hold for Me' is coming to more countries
Google "Hold for Me" services can help you take over when someone on a phone call left you on hold. And this feature is expanding to more countries.

First appeared with the launch of Pixel 5 & Pixel 4a 5G in September 2020. And it starts rolling out all the way back to Pixel 3 with Pixel Feature Drop. All these are still restricted to US citizen only, till today things have changed.

There is no announcement from Google whether this is rolling out to which country, but it starting to appear in some English-speaking countries. Australia and Canada are the currently known one being roll out. (Android Police)

Android 12.1 improves foldable phone experience, hinting Pixel Fold
Google is likely to bring native foldable support on Android sc-v2 release, which will be Android 12.1 as rumored. Also, this hints Pixel Fold is releasing with this version of Android too, so in late 2021 probably.

Earlier XDA has discovered a hidden "taskbar" feature in Android 12 Developer Preview 2. Later, no major changes has been founded till the last beta of Android 12, because Google is working it for Android 12.1.

Google has made some code changes which include the tutorial on how to use it. Also one of the changes included an image of how it will looks like. shows two Chrome running at two windows, which is under testing for now. The taskbar shows several apps and in centered position. Pixel 6 & 6 Pro will support 33W charging according to the regulatory labels
There an earlier rumor that the Pixel 6 could pack a faster charger speed, and this seems to be confirmed.

From the regulatory labels, we can know that Pixel 6 Pro will support the following charging speeds: 5V/3A (15W), 9V/2A (18W), 9V/3A (27W), and 11V/3A (33W). There are 3 of it and one is certified by NCC for now, but anyway it is safe to assume that Pixel 6 Pro will come with 33W fast charging.

Keep in mind that there will be no charger in the Pixel 6 series box, so you need to buy the charger separately. (XDA Developers)

Pixel 6 Pro new plant wallpapers by photographer Andrew Zuckerman released
Every Google Pixel releases come with some decent wallpapers to be use. Pixel 6 is releasing soon and the wallpaper for it has been leaked.

You.may recongise some of these wallpapers as some of these appeared in the official images of the Pixel 6 by Google. Here are the list of the wallpapers:

Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides Material You redesign rolling out
More and more Google Workspaces applications are getting the Material You redesign, next on the list is Google Docs, Sheet, Slides.

Nothing much fun has gone into here, on the main page similar design to other apps, pill shaped search bar and rounded square "+" simple button. In documents, if you have noticed Google's screenshot preview for it, there are minor modifications to it too. When selecting text, you get the rounded popup menu. Also it has grey tone of menu instead of being just white.

Redesign is gradually rolling out to everyone, if you haven't received yet, it will probably take a few days to reach, depend on your luck. (Android Police)

Pixel 6 and 6 Pro hits FCC with Wi-Fi 6E support
Google Pixel 6 release is just month away and Google is trying to be fast to upload all their required documents to several site in order to release it.

All are phones according to the FCC, and the Pixel 6 Pro might have mmWave 5G paired with Wi-Fi 6E support, while the other two models (Pixel 6 & Pixel Fold??) make do with sub-6 GHz 5G and 6E.

Google second foldable seems to be in the work
9to5Google report claimed that a device codename "Jumbojack" was discovered in Android 12.1 source code.

It will haves similar folding method like the Galaxy Z Fold 3, so two screens, with one that deactivates when the device is folded. So far this is the only details being discovered, nothing much else. (The Verge)

Google Meet recently introduce lot of features like Host management and adding Echo sound detection, starting as early as today, Google will start to roll out low light mode for web user.
