• Remove Smart Charging (We plan to drop this feature for some devices, this part can be move in device tree)
• Remove LockscreenCharging info (On new QCOM devices reports wrong values, as a result, this data shown on the lock screen is not correct. Better remove this so as not to mislead users)
• Remove "Allow changing face unlock method when locked" (AOSP impl was better as this doesn't work properly with notifications on the lock screen)
• Misc fixes and upstream changes

Notes:
• Required to be on android 11 f/w
• Select OEM -> Device,choose Arrow version, choose build type: "GAPPS" or "VANILLA" to download in our file host.(in this case it's poco, surya and arrow-11.0)
