NSW government to charge drivers by km in latest CBD tax

'Further government document leaks reveal a plan to charge drivers entering Sydney’s CBD a fee depending on how many km they travel.

The proposal is similar to one currently in place in the UK where drivers pay a $25 daily fee to drive within 25 square km of the city of London.'

These new proposals are aligned with the International Energy Agency recommendations to reduce oil use, along with things like “car-free Sundays” goals which all are aligned with the WEF's same vision.

The basic principle is this: Molecules have a positive and negative negative magnetic side. Normal electrolysis can use the magnetic principles of water to rip it apart, but it uses a ton of energy.

If the exact resonant frequency of the water is used, along with special circuitry that multiplies the voltage, while reducing the amperage to as little as possible, the resonant frequency will cause the water molecule to temporary "elongate".

A normal oxygen molecule has 6 electrons, but can hold up to 8 in it's stable state. That makes it accept the 2 electrons of the hydrogen atoms. When the water molecule elongates, it allows the hydrogen atoms to be separated from the oxygen atom very easily. I was making a juice last night and came across a decomposing lemon in my fruit bowl. None of the other pieces of fruit or vegetables had become "infected". This is a great visual example of why I question the theory of "contagion".

If the mould caused this lemon to rot, why didn't it cause the others to rot as well? Mould and bacteria and fungi are mother nature's waste disposal unit. They are there to clean up the mess, not cause disease. More experiments on this to come in the near future.
