RING THE TOWN HALL AND SPEAK TO THE ELECTION RETURNS OFFICER, WHO WILL ALSO BECOME THE PETITIONS OFFICER, AND ASK THEM IF THEY HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED BY THE HOUSE OF COMMONS, AS PER LEGISLATION, THAT THE CRITERIA HAS BEEN MET TO TRIGGER THE REACALL OF MPs ACT 2015? IF THEY SAYS NO, ASK WHY NOT? READ THEM THE LEGISLATION, EXPLAIN A PETITION MUST BE OPENED AFTER THEIR MP HAS BEEN CONVICTED OF A CRIME, ANY CRIME, AND SENTENCED.

PLEASE ASK THEM WHAT PLANS THEY HAVE TO NOTIFY THE CONSTITUENTS? NEWSPAPER ADVERTS, HOUSE TO HOUSE LEAFLETING, OR EVEN RINGING THEM, LIKE THE NHS DID FOR PEOPLE TO GET VACCINATED. SURELY NOTIFYING PEOPLE OF THEIR RIGHTS AND CIVIC DUTIES IS ON, AT LEAST, A PAR IN IMPORTANCE WITH MEDICAL INTERVENTIONS BY THE STATE?

IF NEEDS BE WE MUST FLIER THE CONSTITUENCIES OF UXBRIDGE & SOUTH AND UXBRIDGE OURSELVES.

IF 10% OF VOTERS, JUST 10%, SIGN THE PETITION, THE MPs MUST STAND DOWN AND BY-ELECTIONS ARE CALLED, AND FROM THAT MOMENT BORIS JOHNSON & RISHI SUNAK CAN NOT BE PRIME MINISTER & CHANCELLOR, AS THEY WOULD NO LONGER BE MPs, TRIGGERING THE BIGGEST CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS IN BRITISH POLITICAL HISTORY, AND THE DOWNFALL OF THE GOVERNMENT!!

WE HAVE CHECK MATE ON THE TABLE, IF WE JUST MAKE THE BLOODY MOVE. IT'S THERE RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. WE CAN EVEN MAKE THIS HAPPEN FROM OUR HOMES, USING OUR TECHOLOGY & BRAINS, TOGETHER. A BIT OF TEAMWORK & TEAM SPIRIT AND WE CAN LAWFULLY TOPPLE THIS EVIL, CORRUPT, CHEATING, MURDERING GOVERNMENT.

THE TRAITORS WILL TRY TO HIDE THIS MAGICAL LEGISLATION FROM THE VOTERS OF THESE CONSTITUENCIES, IT IS OUR JOB TO TO LET THEM KNOW, MAKE IT HAPPEN, AND HAND THE POWER BACK TO THE PEOPLE, LAWFULLY, AS PER THE 'RECALL OF MP'S ACT 2015, AND PEACEFULLY.

Dear CHESS Members,
Some of you may be aware that there have been some significant developments this week regarding mandatory registration for children not in school.
On Tuesday may 10th, Prince Charles deputised for Her Majesty un reading the Queens Speech, which advises which areas the government is planning to legislate on in the near future.
This is what he read:
“Reforms to education will help every child fulfil their potential wherever they live, raising standards and improving the quality of schools and higher education [Schools Bill, Higher Education Bill]”
The very next day, Weds May 11th, the Schools Bill was read in the House of Lords – make no mistake, they want to push this bill through as soon as possible!
The Schools Bill aims to tighten the rules around Faith Schools and Academies, but also includes a section covering “Children Not in School” which introduces the intention to have a mandatory register for those not in school: home educators.
It is particularly concerning to read that the penalty for non compliance to this register, or failure to provide all information requested could result in a fine of up to £2500 and/or a prison sentence of 3 months.
Also of note is that if a School Attendance Order is issued, local authorities’ powers will be strengthened, and a child will not be allowed to deregister again, for the duration of their education. This would effectively irreversibly force children into schools.
Please take a few minutes to read the factsheet below, so that you know precisely what is being proposed. It contains the key points from the Bill.
