Is it so outrageous to think that human beings require some essential things to be in relatively good health?

Things like;

1. Sunlight (sensible levels of sun exposure)

2. Clean water (free of toxic chemicals and pollutants)

3. Clean air (free of toxic particulate matter)

4. Clean environment (largely free of harmful man-made toxic chemicals, EMF, using natural building materials etc)

5. Clean, fresh, local, seasonal, nutrient dense food (free of harmful pesticides, grown locally from a permaculture / regenerative / sustainable agricultural perspective)

6. Living in a eustress environment (freedom & a very high universal standard of protected basic human rights)

7. Love and human interaction / participating in activities that are meaningful to you, with the people you care about

8. Regular physical activity

9. Spending time in nature / connecting to nature (green therapy / blue therapy, grounding)

10. High quality sleep hygiene practices (right amount of sleep, going to bed at the right time, sleeping position etc)

11. Having meaning, purpose and fulfillment in your life

12. Access to basic healthcare & housing utilising natural building material

What if we don't get a sufficient amount of these basic things? What if some of these things are missing all together? How much of an impact are those things having on our health?

What can we do as a society, as a human collective, to create this reality for ourselves?

Excerpt: Herbert George Wells (1866-1946) is considered to be one of the world’s most important political minds of the 1920s and ’30s. He was in great demand as a contributor to newspapers and journals, but he’s best known for his science fiction stories, such as “Time Machine” (1895), “Island of Dr. Moreau” (1896), “Invisible Man” (1897) and “War of Worlds” (1898).

H.G. Wells’ lesser-known work includes right-in-your-face tomes on elite-ruled one-world government. In particular, these books include “The Open Conspiracy: Blueprints for a World Revolution” (1928), “The Shape of Things to Come: The Ultimate Revolution” (1933) and aptly-named “The New World Order” (1940).

The Round Table later branched out to spawn the influential Council on Foreign Relations. Wells was an intimate of the Rothschild-allied Sassoons, who had made their fortune from the China opium trade.
