COURT DROPS CASE DUE TO NO COVID EVIDENCE
Lee Garrett was taken to court for "organising a public gathering"!
He reports that the CPS and Police could provide NO EVIDENCE to support their case.
Newcastle Crown Court drops the charge as the prosecution did not provide evidence for their case.

The level of evidence in civil cases is lower that in a CRIMINAL COURT and yet the CPS, Northumbria Police and the Court abandon the case to avoid a documented, precedent setting declaration that Coronavirus Act 2020 was null and void as it was based on the FRAUD of the non-existent virus.

Even the legalese actors acknowledge their legal maxim "Fraud unravels all". See Supreme Court confirms ‘fraud unravels all’ in 2019[3]

The VIRUS IS A HOAX, therefore all statutes, regulations, acts, enforcements are null and void.
