Brazilian President, Jail Bolsonaro cited the World Health Organization (WHO) and warned that “those fully vaccinated can be contaminated and transmit the virus and can also die,” to justify his decision to not impose mandatory immunization.

Bolsonaro, who refuses to apply a vaccine and has despised its effects since the beginning of the pandemic, reiterated that “freedom” of individuals is “above all.”
