President is a purely representative function but everyone is interested by who'll represent your country

As you already know 🇵🇱 already had its first round of presidential elections. Mainstream candidates won as expected

🟠 Favourite Rafał Trzaskowski won the elections but with some bitter taste. Experienced as already a candidate in last election still won only by 2% margin over 🔵 Nawrocki. That was below what the party had forseen with currently undergoing scandal of Nawrocki. Mood for liberals turned less confident for 2nd round

🔵 Karol Nawrocki before unkown in politics(running history institute) was deemed a loser in the beginning over lack of experience. He didn't seem to scale up to authority of Duda, current president. During campaign he had constantly attacked main rival over liberal policies and foreign contacts. Scandal broke out that showed to the public how he extorted apartament from an elderly man. Even through aging people're his main electorate he still won their support & 2nd place
