W rejonie Starobielska ukraińska artyleria rozbiła kolumnę rosyjskiego sprzętu przygotowującą się do przeprawy przez rzekę Aidar.

Nieprzyjaciel przedarł się przez granicę ukraińską i próbował wejść od tyłu, uderzyć i przełamać linię obrony wojsk ukraińskich.
W rezultacie okupanci ponieśli straty i wycofali się.
