🇵🇱 👆🏻 🇺🇸The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs that the ministry applied to the competent public administration bodies recommending the initiation of enforcement proceedings regarding two real estate unused for diplomatic and consular purposes and illegally owned by the Russian Federation. In relation to both of these properties, valid judgments of Polish courts have been issued, ordering their release to the rightful owner - the State Treasury. Moreover, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommended the use of all available procedural means to ensure that court proceedings in other real estate cases were conducted as quickly as possible. The speech by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was issued due to the gross disparity in the number of real estate owned in Polish-Russian relations and the lack of prospects for finding a solution to this issue in the foreseeable future.
