✅ The process of voting happens fully on-chain which guarantees 100% of transparency and fulfills the virtue of true Decentralization.
From now on, any changes concerning Position Exchange Protocol and smart contracts will require holders voting 💯⚖️
For the first phase of implementation, the governance proposals will be done by the team only. For the next phase, users can create proposals and submit them.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
✅The voting will count the total balance of POSI in the addresses (including the staked tokens)
✅The governance is a fully on-chain process which serve as a very transparent and clear governing tool and includes all holders in the voting process.
✅The governance will only serve on-chain changes to the protocol as a first step (Example: Access to the locked Governor contract tokens, etc...).
✅The community proposal creations will be available in a sub-section soon.
✅Voting in the governance requires gas-fees as the process happens fully on--chain.
✅There is no minimum amount of POSI required to proceed to the voting.
✅The more POSI an address contains the more impactful is its vote (Example: An address with 1000 POSI has more voting impact than address with 10 POSI).
✅Voters will be able to earn POSI from voting.
A first test voting will be conducted shortly for the community
